Hi, I'm Amy Bird.

I am an Oxfordshire wedding photographer as that is where I am from but I am also a UK wedding photographer covering wider areas of the country, as well as weddings abroad. 

I fell in love with capturing people's weddings after realising I have a passion for photography. The rest of the year is filled with family adventures! I married a man who makes me laugh everyday.

Although the majority of the weddings I photograph are located within Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds, my work also takes me throughout the whole of the UK and overseas.

My approach to wedding photography. Unlike many wedding photographers, I come from a strong background in the arts. Having studied fine art to degree level and beyond, I have a strong visual sense and understanding towards photography. I do not pay for photos to be edited on my behalf (yes that's a thing!)...I hand edit, so each photo you receive is to a standard I would want in my own wedding album.

Some things about me:

I have a sausage dog called Amber. Who is nuts! I have another sausage dog called Tiggy who is such a welcome addition to our lives.

We have chickens, fish and tortoises. I love animals and being in nature.

I have two wonderful daughters who have made my life busy and happy!
